Innovators are highly-motivated and technically skilled young people who are dedicated to making a difference overseas. Instead of group placements, Innovators are typically individual placements that work directly with our local partners on capacity building initiatives.
Innovators support partners to work in a specific area of expertise, for example to design a Sexual Reproductive Health manual to work with a certain population or community, or perhaps to create an HR strategy for a local partner.
YCI is currently recruiting two Marketing & Communications Innovators in Ghana and two Communications Innovators positions in Tanzania.
The Marketing & Communications positions will support our local partners the YMCA-Ghana and ENACTUS for 6-weeks in Accra. The Communications position will support our local partners 4H in Tanga, and Kivulini/MYCN in Mwanza for 6 and 8-weeks, respectively.
If you are Canadian, older than 21, have a background in Marketing, Communications or Information Technology, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
